Hi Karen, The thumbnail "roped me in". I really love detailed shots like this. One never appreciates many things until seen in closeup. Who would have thought a rope could have so much detail and design.

Great detail, sharpness, and repetition of pattern.

A very interesting macro study of a a coil of rope, I like the texture here and colour focus and light ... I have nevre seen a photo here of a coil of rope on Tl , this almost looks like a coiled snake because of the weave of the rope..... Love the frame and matching colours and the presentation.....
