Well, there are times I like to enjoy a little light-heartedness. This collection of giraffe figurines always makes me smile, with their faces all turned curiously in the same direction. I like to think they also welcome friends and invite good humor. Now I have discovered that they are not camera shy:)

PP: standard RAW adjustments, plug-in CS3 filter for abstract effect, duplicate layer with gradient layer color changes and cut out center, stroke line, resized.

Hi Karen,

Very interesting PP work, not sure I have ever seen an effect like it before.

Cheers
Tom

Hi Karen,

original image. Love the girrafs. Beautiful PP work.

Congratulations,
Romeu

Hello Karen,

I can 'feel' the enjoyment you have had with this! I just love it! Your limited colours had made it into a 'commercial' proposition in that it would fit nicely into some modern decor!
Great experiment!

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Fabulous graphic design work Karen.
I love the circular pattern extending out past the frame.
Excellent choice of colors, very effective forms.
Very appealing work.

Great job you have done. I like this figurative abstract a lot. Great composition; placing circles, among lines. Also, I can see what it is said: "yellow on violet has an extreme strength of character, hard and inexorable. Well framed. TFS

Hi Karen
Cute guys made even more impressive with you PP work. Like what you have accomplished with the plug-in and carrying the effect clear through the frame is neat.

Dan

Hahaha! You should always enjoy light heartedness. This is a winner, Kari. T>Y
