Shadow 2
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is the second shadow shot I took at an indoor circus exhibit at a nearby museum. The exhibit was generally dark with only certain areas lit to highlighting the attractions. This shadow on the canvas wall was a contrived feature to enhance the circus mood. It was a challenge to take the shot in the low light and without disturbing the shadowy effect. This is pretty much how it looked to the naked eye:)

Well, looking at this shot I get the impression that I am looking through the canvas of the circus. I think you caught a very interestin item and scene. The low light works very well to pinch the imagination as to what we are looking at. Good centering and exposure. A nice and artistic image and well composed. THanks Karen.

hello Karen,
you did well to get this so well. I like the atmosphere it creates, kind of creepy Victorian.

It remembers me on the old BW movies!! Greetings!!!

Interesting concept. I wonder if you couldn't improve it by "lightengint" the image somewhat.
