Vincent, I think you captured the mood. I love the patterns, and the depth here. I think your POV is great, as I had to look close after reading your notes to see that the bridge was in fact not part of the pier. I like this shot alot.

Hi Vincent,

Again a beauty! Well composed and excellent use of the light available. Quite nice to see the GG bridge in the distance. The B&W to blueish conversion works quite well.
You sure know how to promote San Fransisco well through your shots. I'd say: "keep 'm coming"!

Fascinating POV, Vincent, with a great view of the pier and beyond. The repetitive features and patterns help make this mesmerizing, and the twinkle of the lights is enjoyable in the blue tinted mood. Oddly, it appears that the water level in the background seems to be as high as the deck of the GG bridge. A coincidence of horizon meets bridge I presume:) Enjoyable shot and full of things to see!

Excellent perspective and capture of the lights as the night is about to set. very good color management of the b&w image to enhance the mood. the black frame is also very effective!
