[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One of the great things about the athletes doing Track and Field is how healthy and beautiful they are. We are so used to seeing anorectic women with plastic surgery that we forget where beauty comes from. This young runner in the foreground is a great example of natural beauty.

Gorgeous, attractive, sexy, irresistible, name it all Roger :-)

I can watch her the whole day :-)

Excellent find.

Hi Roger,
Another Excellent action shot of this young runner beauty, well taken and presented with great sharpness and colors, Excellent POV. and details, very well done.
Michel

Great angle, doc! Realy cool! Have a perfect day!

I agree with you:)

Excellent action shot, Roger. Great lighting, nice sharpness in the FG and well blurred back. Perhaps this runner is a foreign exchange student?? :)) Thanks,
Shelly

Good call on this one Roger, she IS gorgeous,
and you managed to capture her in motion in an elegant way,
that even enhances that beauty.
Excellent work.

She's absolutely gorgeous Roger, I agree with you, but the image is clearly below the standard you set. The background is not appealing at all, with that headless spectator occupying good part of the frame, and the small aperture you used rendered it quite sharp. The motion is frozen well, although I see no reason for not using a faster shutter speed, but the focus is clearly on the left arm of the athlete and not her face. The crop is quite awkward, with the legs of the runner, which are rather essential for the activity you portrayed, missing, and without enough head space.

I agree, she is very beautiful, and appears to be running with so little effort. Another very good shot!! TFS

very nice training shot.

Hi Roger,

It's a superb action shot . .
Perfect moment with same level angle of capturing it . .
I prefer to give more space above her . .

Tfs,
Tjutjut

Many thanks for your kind words on No need to walk .

Haha, I love how many views this shot has had! Certainly a popular subject.

I do have to say though that it's not your best capture, but I'm sure you know that. There's an element of blur on your 'main' subject's face, and the composition doesn't quite feel right - she's in the right part of the frame but I don't think there's enough space above her head. The figure sitting on the bleachers to centre-left is also a big attention stealer, but with no reward.

I would have to call this an "almost" shot mate, but worth sharing for the interest it has attracted!

Hello Roger!!! I noticed that in my childhood!! They are alway walking in 2. One beautiful girl and one "let's say not so beautiful" just for the contrast :)))))
So now they jave started to run in two:))

I am already jellous that I am not doing Track and Field with her;))

Thanks for sharing,
Siarhei

Hi Roger,
