Spectacular image. I love how you have frozen the action at this point, when the girls are almost horizontal. Wow, great shot lots of power and movement, yet a great still shot!

Great timing here Roger and well chosen point of view, resulting in a very dynamic image. The diagonal composition emphasizes the action even more. The missing leg of the #1 athlete would be a minor issue to point out.
Hi Roger; another great one. I'm running out adjectives, but I can say that I'm really loving this series of shots. Again, the power of these atheletes as they burst out of the blocks is astounding. Great capture.

Tremendous energy in this shot, Roger. You really caught the "decisive moment"; they are suspended in mid-air, almost horizontal in position, with every ounce of kinetic energy going in the forward direction. Great sharpness with just hints of blur, which further suggest energetic movement. Well done.

It's a dynamic image; the athletes actually are "falling" into the starters 'gun'-shot.
