No, I don't live on Wisteria Lane:)

This was taken at an open garden event on a beautiful day in Berkeley, California. Underneath the wisteria was an pleasant outdoor seating area overlooking a flowing fountain at a lower level in a terraced and lavishly landscaped garden. No, not mine:) Too bad!

PP: this was taken with my old camera, so not sure I remember...it looks like I probably just adjusted saturation/contrast a bit, resized, sharpened, added border, hopefully in that order:)

Hi Karen,
Interesting composition, unique idea to realize the theme. Vivid colours, sharp edges and the contrast between them makes the image really lovely. Excellent shadows and lighting. Great shot! TFS.
Best wishes,
Kristof

Karen you had a good eye to notice this at the time, like the frame work and the angle this was taken at, makes for interesting setting,
Shawdows that are cast make for interesting viewing, lot to see in this.
good DOF and colors

Hi Karen
You "old camera" did a good job handling the lighting contrast. Composition well manages with the complimentary lines.

Dan

The light, saturation, and sharpness of this all work fine IMO. It looks smaller than the 800 pixel maximum?? I'm not a big fan of the frame to be honest, but the combination of sunlit green leaves and blue sky are very nice.

Beautiful mix of colors here Karen.
Love the diagonal lines and your POV.
Reminds me of something in my backyard,
but with Jasmine growing on it.
Nice light and exposure management.

What a great presentation. Great colors and the background looks wonderful.
GRACE

Lovely light and shade in the image Karen. A tad bright in the upper section of the flowers but the timberwork alleviates it. A fitting submission for the theme,
David

Bonjour,
Excellent angle de vue très spectaculaire.
Bonne journée.

Hello Karen, a good use of the diagonal with the framework producing very strong lines.
There is almost an abstract feel to it.
I like the contrasts between the light and shade.
Tfs, regards Jean.
