Great sharpness Roger, and very good b&w finish.

Hi Roger,
This is a beautiful photograph and the B&W gives it a classic look. It is natural and sharp, the girl looks focused on what she is doing/about to do and every thing about it is brilliant. I had trouble trying to justify the amount of photographs I was taking of a woman on a motorcycle a couple of years ago but she to was extremley photogenic and stood out in a crowd...admitedley the rest of them were ugly blokes...I may post more of her in the future.

As with some of your previous shots, IMO your treatment of the subject reinforces, rather than dispels, the view of her as beauty rather than athlete.

I don't have a problem with that - in fact I love it. This is a beautiful shot, she's a beautiful woman and you have captured her in a most flattering moment. Those catchlights from the sunlit ground in her eyes are just superb.

Well composed, beautiful tones, textures and details.

This picture says a lot!

You have captured so well the determination in her eyes. The motion of thightining her pony tail tells us she's ready for it.

This is fabulous! Do you remeber the picture of the Swedish athlete in Time Magazine (forgot the name of the athlete and photographer) Anyway, this is a superb B&W picture, perfect pose, excellent light creating a fine natural skin tone.
