[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Interesting lighting and weather over the Inyo Mountains.
I drove off a side road looking for an area with a decent foreground (ie no power lines, etc.) And this is what I found before the light faded totally. This had been converted for my web site previously, and I think there is some lossy area in the right hand side because I used too low of a Jpeg compression.
Tell me what you think...

Hi Paul,

Great work!! Very nice colors. Yes!! There are no power lines and so no distraction :) The view is wonderful. TFS.

Kiran.

Nice capture.

You're right - the lighting is spectacular here! It's looking a little soft from here, but there's no denying the scenery.

Thanks for sharing this one.
Gayle :)

You seem in fact to have a lot of candidates for large version posts. I only tried my first a few weeks ago. It really is quite simple and I think you should try next time you have one of these superb panoramic landscapes.
