[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was supposed to be on vacation this week, but spent the first few days stuck in the house with a vicious cold. On Wednesday I finally felt better and by then had cabin fever, so I drove to Pt. Lobos, just south of Carmel (California). It is one of my favorite places for hiking coastal trails overlooking the rocky coastline, listening to the barking seals and watching groups of pelicans flying overhead. The ocean breeze worked wonders on my sinuses too:)

PP: standard RAW adjustments, boosted color/contrasts, resized, added border, sharpened.

Hi Karen,
It really looks like a great hiking place, beautiful coastal landscape. The composition is impressive with the natural frame of pine branches. Well exposed sky and ocean.
Well done, TFS!
Greetings,
Kristof
