I really like this photo. The first time I went to California I was most fascinated by the palm trees, I guess since we don't have any here, and I'd never seen any other than in photos, and the movies. It isn't the same as standing under one and seeing how tall and grand they are.
That's what this photo reminds me of, and you've captured the mood so nicely.
Excellent color, sharpness and I LOVE the compostition.
