One more from the Death Valley trip. This one is near Zabriskie Point looking through the colorful mud hills towards the Panamint Range. These rocks were once part of an ancient sea bottom which rose when a few ranges collided.

Astonishing; impressive; a place to be silent.
Very good David

Hi David,
I like much these landscapes and this place in particular (Death valley and Zabriskie point). This kind of landscape is very difficult A to return picture, cheers

Very nice David. I love the small amout of sky which seems to enhance the depth in the shot. Well done

Another good view of the Death Valley National Park, David. You have been able to truly show the beauty of the place. This one is nice for the multiple layers of mountains with its different colours. Excellent!

Oops, just ran out of green smile!

Layers, texture and depth. Add some cool colours and there you have it, an appealing photo. Nice job.

Super! Five layers of mountain ranges of different colors. Amazing!

Woow, I think I like this one best of all even though all are quite magnificient in their own right. Maybe because Andre pointed out about the 5 layers and all of them adding so much depth to your image. Beautiful landscape shot...

Terrific work David, such marvellous textures and love the receding mountains and to top it all a perfect sky. A real cracker.

Peter

I really like these landscapes. Well seen.

Hi David,
I could look at your landscapes all day!
Wonderful depth and sharpness, the colours are so beautiful.
And again you have captured the layers of terrain and atmosphere so well.
Thanks,
b.
