[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Seeing all these sharp wonderful pictures on TN and TL, I took some notes and went out to our local nature reserve and took some heretofore macro shots.

Here's what I learned about achieving sharpness: Keep the camera still; keep the subject still; keep the wind still; keep the earth still (just kidding); keep God still (just kidding here too); clean your lens; clean your teeth (I think kidding); get a good lens (if you can afford it); increase your dof (partly by increase the f-stop/aperture); lower the iso; lower the shutter speed (I think); clean the air; stop breathing; get a macro lens (or enabler); etc. I'm still too lazy for tripods after all these!
