[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was buying pastries for dessert in one of the bakery shop in Long Beach, when I noticed that the sun was setting and the light coming from the sun is perfect for photography. When I stepped out of the bakery shop, I looked for things to photograph but there was nothing interesting. In front of the bakery is the elevated Long Beach Metro Station and beside the bakery is a huge parking lot, so I looked at the only person waiting at the Metro Station, set my camera towards her and shot.
It was beautiful dramatic light on an immovable subject who was deep in thought when I took her picture. This Metro Station is on Long Beach Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway.

good dof, and for an unintended, fast shot, it's very good indeed. you are right about the lighting. very nice and a plus point that u caught the photo with so much spontaneity.

Andre,

I like how you've used the long end of the lens on this... great result with the sunlight. It also helps with the DOF. Great mood.

Nicely done.

Great shot here. I'm interested in the feet/sandles here as they are perfectly squared away to the camera angle. Good lighting like you said, thanks for the note as well.

Very nice cropping and DOP emphasing the theme.
Great work ;-)
