Outstanding artwork, beautifully lit.

The shallow dof which outs the tip of the fork out of focus is a little distracting to me. It seems from the exif data that you had lots of room to make the apperture smaller.

The concept is an absolute winner though... I can see this up on a restaurant wall...

this is a common object yet the different orientation and mirror shadow definitely adds drama! one thing though, i feel its been cropped too tight
