WAITING WOMAN - DI ROSA PRESERVE
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This sculpture is called waiting woman. As you enter the industrial looking building you walk on a gravel walk with tension wire galvanized iron pipe rails on one side and hedges on the other side. The corrugated galvanized siding at the back of the sculpture is the art display structure. The sculpture is made out of ceramics. The figure has terribly short legs and a big head for the size of the body. A more detailed photo is shown in the Workshop.

Hi Andre. It is astonishing that the colours on the statue are so vibrant compared to nature and iron apparatus around. Such a statue bring really some colour and feeling of joy in our garden. Here in Holland we use small heavy coloured gnoms for that purpose.
The workshop is nice to but it does not deliver the cicrumstances of the picture.
Thanks Andre.
I see you use also a D200; I am very happy with this camera. I hope you too.
