[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It's amazing what can be done with the Photoshop "Replace Color" tool :) This is the result of several PS processes though, including a Gradient Map and Channel Mixer. This was originally a shot of a heavily backlit tree I came across while hiking through the Napa Valley. I will post the original for comparison.

Hi Vincent,
Excellent PP work, jolie composition and beautiful colors, well presented ..well done..
Michel

Daring and different as a photograph, colorul and contemporary as an artistic interpretation! The magic of Photoshop can be addictive:) I love the cheerful look of this image, with the sun living in the tree shapes and the vibrant contrast against the blue background. A feel-good photo!

Great abstraction Vincent. Imagine a bed cover made from this design!!!
Phil

Hi Vincent, looks like the innards of the Matrix on a bad day. well done. janos

hi vincent, yes these can be amazing to play with, i like your color/composition choice, looks like a close up of the brain or something, yet deep in it one can see the trees, well done, thanks scott

Wow! What lovely patterns you made from the simple branches. I like it a lot, Vincent! Lovely colors and flow, it's like a painting, an art. I'll put it in one of my themes.
TFS,
Freddie :)

You have been hanging out at the Haight eh? A small amount of psychedelic here? I still have a friend who owns a 3 story home on Haight... He is an old beatnik...seriously...came out with Ferlinghetti in the late 1950's and hung at North Beach, the became a H-Ashbury lover...bought a house and turned it into a crash pad..now he rents places out but high prices....real high...Oh yeah where was I ...very cool..I will have to come back perhaps after my usual "break" at evening:-)

Hello Vincent
Congratulations! With this prototype you've perfected the technique of digital color arteriograms for x-ray departments in hospitals. The arteries stand out clearly in yellow.
Cheers.
Robert

It's true those part of Photoshop... I call them the Psychedelic heart! Saturatinon push to colors to the extreme... There bases... We recognize (with attention) this is trees... But first impression is to see paint you slowly let flow from tubes and let dry!
I like that result!

hi vincent,
firstly: thnx for your stopping by and your comment to my photo.
And your photo is very good: This one is simple and strong. It is not a new photo for the world but it is very nice and pleased me much.. I see the other works in your galery and they are good too...
please to meet you here
secondly. I visited your blog on myspace, com and I say you make the music whic I like! I like the beats and the changes between the styles.. but dont forget it (please) A GOOD TRACK DOES NOT SOOO MUCH IDEAS!! be a little bit minimalistic! but this is just my opinion......not a negative critique....
have a nice day....
