[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The "deep blue" theme today took me into my collection of shots that I never got around to posting on TL. Whenever I look back at my older images I can see what "stage" I was in at the time:) Discovering how to create this interpretation from a daylight scene was enjoyable, and the workings of Photoshop will always intrigue me. So, with this one I could imagine strolling into the garden in the light of a midnight moon and the peaceful atmosphere of quiet time.

PP: shot in RAW, experimented with Photoshop filters and plug-ins (sorry, can't remember the details), resized and jpegged.

Hi Karen,
I like the originality & the effect you accompished through
Photoshop experimentaion, makes one want to have a go & create something as artistic themselves.I guess the whites are caused by moonbeams? Good one for the theme.

Hi there!
A very interesting shot. Looks like something that could make it onto a book cover! Really good post-processing work.
Well done and TFS!

Hi Karen,
Well this is certainly different! :). I actually like what you've done here, it's interesting and somewhat psychedelic. Looks like a painting with a touch of infrared. To be picky, I may have faded the blue frame a tad to fully emphasize the details and features of the scene without the frame fighting for attention. This is still a wonderful job however, and a great photo for the theme.

TFS,
Scott.

Nice experiment. It looks a bit like graffiti on the walls. Nice magical atmosphere.

Ciao Karen, fascinating composition, superb PP work, very well done, ciao Silvio
