[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I attended a street painting festival with friends on Saturday and enjoyed wandering amongst the various art pieces in progress, seeing the artists at work with their pastels (a type of chalk). It is a two-day festival and I was there in the late afternoon of the first day, so this shot shows the typical progress for this stage of the event. At the end, the artwork is all washed away and the street returned to normal!

PP: standard RAW adjustments, curve adjustments in lab mode for better color depth, resized, jpegged, sharpened.

composition is very nice and captures the attemption.. really nice pictures.. and interesting moment captured.. with a nice effect given by the shadow of the street painter.. there is also here in italy something similar.. the painters are called "madonnari".. festival is generally linked to a religious festivity!.. ;))
