[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Still experimenting with getting part of the image outside the inner border. It helps to practice on flower petals:)

These flowers were posing in a private garden that was open to the public on Mother's Day. It was a good time of year to find many different showy blooms.

PP: adjusted contrast, resized, sharpened, blurred the border section in a duplicate layer, "erased" the areas that are clear (so the clear layer shows from underneath), added black frame.

First off loving your framing! Great colors and cool pov. great details.I find that using the 'history brush' helps when making overlapping frames Gorgeous picture! TFS

Hello Karen,
I like your roses, the red colour is stunning, also the sharpness and detail is great.
But the frame is enough for me, itīs too distracting.
Anyway nice capture!
Jityna

Hello Karen

First, the flowers are very nice and well captured. Second, I like how your frame is supporting the flowers. Very nicely done.

Regards, Sylvain

I like the bright colours and the framing that you've used, particularly the sharp detail in the inner frame breaking through into the blurred outer frame. Details in the frame are good and overall it's a very eye catching picture.
Thanks for sharing
Mark
