[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Just played with the contrast on this one a bit. And may have used auto colour if I remember correctly. I have some amazing shots from the top of the highest waterfall, so I will upload some of them at some point.

By the way, I named this waterfall sunset as a little reference to "waterloo Sunset" by The Kinks. It was only just as I was looking at the picture that I realised that it is, in fact, a picture of a waterfall and a RAINBOW, and I'm just talking nonsense.

Very nicely captured, Chris, and I did notice the rainbow before I read your note. You managed the light & exposure very well and I find your composition very interesting as you are mostly showing the fall but not too much of the surrounding environment. Well done!

hi chris,

wonderfull waterfall, nice colors and good focus, love to see detail here, well done, but... it's to bright for sunset rite ? :)

Hi Chris,
great shot! Rocks, waterfall and landform are magical...Contrast is very good also. Greetings,

Hi, Chris. I love what you are doing with this shot. There is a raw, powerful, elemental quality to it. I find two things that detract from its full potential. First, the deep black conical shape in the FG could use some texture so that it is recognizable as a boulder. (This may just be my monitor, however, which is a tad murky at the low end.) There is some texture in the original that can be dodged into visibility. Second, I find the trees on the left to be a visual distraction. I have posted a hastily done workshop to give an idea of how I would suggest improving this already great image. Cordially, Don
