[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We've had a dormant orchid sitting in our office for several years and it decided to bloom last week. I set it on the floor in front of a black metal desk with morning sunlight illuminating it. Shot a bunch of angles and liked this one best, macro mode, zoom set at 180mm.

Post processing lowered contrast and brightness slightly, erasor tool to remove stems and some unopened buds. Then filtered in Neat Image and framed with silver and teal.

Hi Frank, The colors and lighting are fantastic. I also like the fact that there is a pair rather than one bloom. A helpful note: check your monitor settings. I can see your eraser tool marks between the orchid on the left and the edge of the frame. Great image Frank and well presented.
