Hi Chris,
Terrific scene, certainly looks like paradise, especially with the palm trees and blue sea in the distance. The colours are very luminous and vibrant. I think there may also be a roof eave on the bottom right hand corner, not too serious though as it seems to blend in with the greenery. Well taken.

such a fresh atmosphere in this shot...so rich with colors and greenery, the sky looks fabulous too, and you are right about the coconut palms standing high, they certainly add the tropical and exotic touch...wonderful presentation..

Hello my neighbour,

great timing today :) This certainly looks like a paradise on Earth. It just want to fly there now. Very realxed and calm atmosphere in the image, superb composition and really 'heavenly' colours. That pink flowers really add up to the whole composition.

Hi Chris,
Lovel scene. reminds me so much of a place that I grew up. The flowers are not Bougainvilliea. The leaves are of a different shape and they have thorns on the stems.

Beautiful scene Chris. This is what we think of when we think Haiwaii. Colors are fantastic, and comp is really great too. The flowers (left) and palm trees (right) balance each other perfectly.

As you say, the diagonal makes for good composition and, set against the blue of the sky and tall b/g palms, really sets the context for a tropical island!
I think you may be right with your identification of the flowers!

Hi Chris,

The flowers in the foreground are framing well the palm trees. The point of view leads our eyes toward the horizion which is giving depth to the composition. The light is enhancing the different tints of colors of the picture. Have a nice day.
