I thought their posture made them look very weary
as if they were thinking,"How much further"I know their thick coats keep them protected from the cold, but I fely sorry for the little calf, you can just see him between the leaders legs, its coat was not as protective.Perhaps its not normal to have snow late May,I know I was not expecting it.Taken in Yellowstone national park.Yellowstone park extends into three states,Wyoming,Montana and Idaho.

Ron Hi;
Excellent Yellowstone National Park image. Wonderful detail and POV. Excellent educational note, as always. Yellowstone is an amazing place, thought we would freeze to dead there in Mid August one year.
Congratulations, very well done, my friend.
Your trip was amazing, but sure glad you are back with the images.

Nice capture of this unusual spring moment. The detail of the falling snow on the Bison and landscape make me cold just looking at this. Nicely composed shot. Well done.
Regards,
Kevin

This could be a movie take. Wonderful and original look.

My best regards

Hello Ron,

You have brought the cold and misery into our own warm houses! I can understand exactly how these poor, dejected animals feel as I look out on a cold, grey, wet July evening - this is meant to be summer!
Very good composition and viewpoint.

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

HI
With the humidity factor its presently 39C, so seeing this is a reminder that our summers do not last long.
That is a very nice capture of the buffalo family. No doubt the little one was kept warm from the heat of his mother and papa's hot breath.
Nice work
Dot

Hi again Ron,
This photo called my attention immediately. Very good composition with this snowfall, excellent wildlife shot! Good timing, congratulations for capturing this moment. Thanks for posting, I really enjoy this photo!
All the best,
Kristof

Hi Ronald, fascinating composition with a lot of snow, splendid atmosphere, very well done, ciao Silvio

This is really great! They do look so cold, and I always feel sorry for babies when it snows late in the spring. An excellent capture. TFS and have a good day!
