Nice subject, nice light, composition is not so good - your subject is very centered. Try cropping the shot down to remove some of the negative space from the bottom of the frame, and the top, so that it's more about the ducks and less about the water!

Try also to de-centralise them, have more space to the right (anticipating their journey) and less on the left (who cares where they have been?)
