dear Brock,
the atmosphere of Paris is well recreated in this model and your shot.
these parabolic lines of the water are very ambient,
and "the Arc de Triomphe" is nicely lighted.
of course surrounding buildings show us another taste of this night scene.

Great night image, Brock. Like the symmetry, the effect of the artificial lighting, the slow shutter effect on the water contrasted with the sharpness of the "Arc". Good choice of b&w, although I'll bet the color version was good, too. Well done.

It took me a moment to realise that it isn't Paris... but only the atmosphere of that magic city. I like the b&w shot! Great POV.
