Red Rock Canyon
About 15 miles west of Las Vegas, the park is home to the Red Rock Escarpment, a 3,000 foot-high mass of multicolored pinnacles and boulders jutting from the canyon floor, feral horses and burros, as well as various species of native wildlife, including bighorn sheep and coyotes. |
