[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Every year there's a Balloon Race in Reno, Nevada. It's always the first part of September. The early morning is lite up with the Dawn Patrol, lighting the morning sky up with their beautiful fire light. You can walk around the field as the pilots and their teams lay out and prepare to inflate their balloons. It's absolutely amazing to see these several hundred balloons filling the sky.

Sharpened one to many times... darn.

Great shot! I don't know how this could be any better composed, it's random but that's fine - it suits the subject.
A nice natural gradient through the sky, and excellent bright colours.

The sharpening was perhaps overdone a little, you can see white "ghosting" lines around the balloons.

Wonderful expressive picture! I particularly like the contrast of the colourful balloons against the blue sky.
