[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a picture of a street decoration that hangs on street light posts on the street along the river bordering Truckee River. This is a mobile art. The spoon like objects on the left side twirls around as the wind blows. The one on the right is a metal artwork with color. It is suspended at the top and held in place below by stainless steel springs. When the wind blows it vibrates. The one on the right changes with every ost. Below this artwork hangs two plante boxes of flower plants.

PP Work: Adjust levels control; Increase saturation; Make new workin layer to blur and darken the background, then erase what you want to imphasize; Flatten layers; Sharpen by USM; Remove noise; Crop; Frame; Reduce size for posting.
