[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is taken along the river promenade that borders the Truckee River in Reno. One level above the promenade walk are shops. The sale sign at the end of te ramp with a yellow wall at the end attracted my attention.

PP Work: Adjusted levels control; Increase saturation; Duplicate layer to darken and slightly blur the dark show windows; flatten layer; Sharpen by USM; Remove noise; Crop; Frame; Reduce size for posting.

Just as simple is good...
Very graphic and a great satisfaction from the eye in the low part, the high part more complicated is less due to the flag;

Nice use of lines, especially the diagonals. The splash of colour from the sign adds interest.

hi Andre, i think, you're beginning to like putting borders in your photos. i've seen some of your previous shots with similar fondness for geometrical lines and shapes and i'm not surprised at all with this emerging style from you!
