[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Still in Reno, Nevada, photo taken at Truckee River Whitewater Park. A man and his dog are playing together. The dog is swimming trying to fetch a ball thrown by the man. The sun is harsh and bright. Two towels are layed out on the ground. Is one of the towel for his dog? I did not wait to find out.

Quite an unusual photo, I am usually not a big fan of photos that have been wilfully taken at an angle, but here it somehow works, maybe because the photo is so unusual in the first place...
The contrasts are extreme...
Without you discription you'd wonder why there are two towels, but I guess it is positive if a photo is able to leave you in wonder...
A special photo, not beautiful in the ordinary sense, but very interesting, and that's why I like it!

Great capture of shadows Andre... I like the medium U selected... This picture for me predicts 'Loneliness' Andre... I was confused with the title and the note re-looking at the photo and set in looking for the doggy... :) But, it has a good composition and I dont mind giving the whole for it :) Thanks for sharing :)

Take care...
- Hima.

Beautiful image, André! Great composition and such a good use of B&W. What I would call "dark urban". Let me say that your recent postings from Reno have been very good; it surely inpired you! TFS!

Hello Andre,
Wonderful B&W photograph. Composition is very unique and interesting. POV is also very creative. Excellent photograph! TFS

Very unusual composition, Andre, but very effective. I like the angle, the fact that we do not see the dog but only the two towels, the very good B&W, the shadow of the man and his concentration looking in front of him. Very well done!

A very nice one Andre, I thought the first time it was an old package of cigarette left on the ground, Salem. A very good shot.
Best regards
Guy
