| Taken at the 2006 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta when the winds were too strong to carry out the night's Hot-Air "Balloon Glow" Show, they decided to go on without the Hot-Air Balloons and called it a "Candle Glow". Which is essentially the same but without the balloons attached to the gondolas. |
