[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is one of my loves: sushi. This one specially is roll with three kinds of fishes (salmon, tuna and albacore, what is a special white tuna).
Besides rolls you can ask nigiri or sashimi. Nigiri is small piece of fish, clam, egg etc. over the rice roll and sashimi is slice of fish just with grated radish and carrot. What is important is wasabi and ginger. And of course one of many sauces. I prefer Ponzu:-)
Sushi is one of several foots I can have every day (but I have to pay rent:-)...
With hot sake, mmmm... and I am feeling like in heaven.
