The View Dowwwwwwn

Yesterday I posted the view looking up through the top of the Astoria Column, this is the view looking down. I didn't know until I looked more closely at this photo, that I had captured a woman at the base of the Column, she certainly adds some perspective to the scene.
Photo: Leveled horizon based on the hedges, Barrel distortion correction, Brightness/Contrast, Resized, Sharpened. |

Hi Lori,
Another great shot playing with symmetry. What I like most about this one is that even though at first sight the photo seems perfectly symetrical, as you look around you see little tings that break the patern, like the person you mentioned, or the table (I presume) which is at an angle, or the arrows on the road...
Well done,
Jako
Simple and yet effective, congratulations and cheers - JEFFREY
I love this point of view Lori. Its different and unique. Good sharpness too. I love the long shadows and the one human element. Very well done.
Did you really look down, or did the camera do the work ? ;-)
A good view, and indeed, the woman and her shadow make all the difference.
You did a good job on the line-out, but the perspective isn't perfect. I tried to correct in a WS.
Well done, TFS
