I actually post processed this to be black and white. I keep all the layers and clicked off the black and white layers after i dodged and burned and did other manipulations. And liked the effect in color. I then blurred the image.
It was taken in Bend, Oregon on a short vacation with my wife. This is in the old part of Bend, which use to be the Mill District. It's still called that but now it's all modern w/ shops and eateries and tourism. I use to live in Bend about 10 years ago, and it is amazing how the town has grown. However, if groth must come, I think they have done a great job of keepin remnants of an older time and adopting the modern as well.(ok i know the european readers are probably laughing at what i call old, but it's all relative here). |

Anyway interesting photo! I like it! Blured and with smoke so it suit here and sharp frame. Effect is good.
