Hi Chuck
I really like this shot - great faded colors on the building and window lights. The centered composition and high tech frame seem to belie the derelict nature of the structure, though.
Interesting photo, you've captured the feel very nicely. One aspect I find a bit distracting is that the symmetry is very slightly off centre, and the image slightly rotated. I've tried adjusting this in a workshop.
