[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this photo at the Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport, Oregon. I played with several settings trying to enhance the magical glow this anenome seems to have. I used the clarify tool, the noise reduction tool and then sharpened. I did this several times until I got the effect I wanted.

Hi Lori, overall a very nice shot, they're beautiful creatures. A friend showed me one on the beach one time and encouraged me to stick my finger in it and WOW! I jumped like a shorted pig as it contracted, she laughed hard. TFS. You might try to get the entire creature next time you're there.

Amazing... I love the sharp line of the trunk and the softness of the white. I can almost see the water moving. I hope to someday be able to capture with my lens the beauty my eyes behold, as well. Thanks for sharing.
