[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Sunday evening I decided to drive downtown Portland and find a few locations to add to my collection of the lights of Portland Series. I remembered parking on the upper level of a parking garage in the past and had noticed all the different architecture from the rooftop and thought of how it would appear during the night. Finally, after four years, I returned to take several images from this location. On Trekearth you can see the Portlandia Statue that I also took this evening.
