[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello My TrekLens Friends:
You all have encouraged me to continue to post my Rose Series. I am now going to post some unusual blooms that may not appear that pretty with nicely arranged petals, but they look more like a 'Careless Beauty' without makeup. Similarly, many of us fall into the same category. As a student many years ago, I felt the same way. I did not think that I had extraordinary looks and achievements, and I struggled to find acceptance in a foreign land where I did not know about football and baseball or even basketball. In my dormitory, I was often left alone because I could not participate in conversations that was easy for others. I knew nothing about Ice Hockey on Friday nights that was common to most students. It was at that time when my teacher Paul helped me. He helped me to discover my talents and that I was unusual...and may not be 'perfectly arranged'. But that I was unique like this 'careless beauty' that did not need a 'make-over' like this rose. Three years later, I was leading a soccer team made up of International players and traveling in Canada & the US. Thank to Paul in helping me to discover my unusual gifts and talents. So then, many of us here are those 'careless beauties' who may not have those 'nicely arranged petals'. But you are unique. This Rose was captured with ISO 80 with F/3.2 [1/200sec. due to wind factor].

Wonderfull structure of the petals David. The drawing of different colours is fascinating.Very fresh looking, well saturated shot,TFS.

Hi David,
Interesting series of your rose but I think that the framing is a little bit small..I would like to recommend that the frame to be bigger to create a converging effect of the subject.

The petals may not be perfect, but the color is excellent. I love the combination of pink and cream and the yellow glow in the center. Your note was a wonderful lesson as well to accept yourself and your own special talents that no one else in the universe has the same qualities. Bravo! :)

I'did not suspect such a lovely rose collection here on TL. Generally, roses are difficult targets, in my opinion. But you've managed this one splendidly. PP is also fulfilled with vrtuosity.
