I liked the style of this building as it reminded me of the late 1800 and early 1900 architecture that we are losing now to the more modrn era styles.

Hi Steve,
Taken at a great time of day - that dusky blue sky is such a gorgeous colour. Good detail in the architecture, nice of those people to leave their lights on for you. I think maybe a little lens distortion is happening here, the building looks a bit wonky to me, but maybe if it is that old thats the effect of age. Feel a bit like that myself some days!

I think this is my favorite of your night shots. I love the deep blue of the sky contrasted with the glowing colors on the building. I like those old buildings too, I didn't realize until I walked down there a couple of years ago, just how many old buildings there are in Portland. Very beautiful, well done.

Hi Steve
I sure love the rich warm colour of this building. Your right about the architecture, it's very beautiful. I wonder if it is an old building that was converted to apartments. The blue sky is a nice compliment to the building and rusty brown and yellow colour.
