Sorry for saying that, but somehow I miss the subject on htis image. There's too many flares and so much going on that it gets hard to make a defined scene.
I understand you shoot this image through a window. Somehow, the strong light on the glass became flares that disturb a lot. Then there are all the tree branches in front of the building on the back. Got a bit hard to see it.
Again, sorry if I cannot help more, but i think IMHO, you should try again. Choose a better PoV and try to put the window down, or be outside.
