Very sick, sorry Kyle, but this is not art for me, it is just wasting...
art often begins where common "good taste" ends; just to make an adumbration, leaving the residual to the imagination of the viewer. For me, this is definitely a great piece of art.
Horror is an essential art form in all times and all places, from Franekenstein, written near Geneva in 1818, to Vikram and the Vampire written in India in 1870, to Edgar Allen Pose, Clive Barker, and H.P. Lovecraft, to Ringu (the Ring) and Ju-On (the Grudge) filmed in Japan . I could go on and on. There are no rules in art except to do a good job of it when you're creating something.
That being said, I like this image, but dolls in horror have been done a lot. That doesn't mean you can't use them well, but it will take care. For some early horrific (and erotic) dolls, check out the sculptor Hans Bellmer. You can find his work on line.
A promising image -- good luck with the movie! I've added your photo to my "At the Movies" theme.

I like it!

Kyle,
I LOVE Kristina! A very cool B/W photo as well...I don't shoot movies, but am writing one currently, Horror, but realistic. I will be moving on to more fantasy next go.
As to dolls/Puppetts being done in Horror a lot, of course that is true. EVERYTHING has been done, so it depends on your original vision. I would like to hear more of this film....
