I thought Courtney Love :) But she looks like foggy Liza Minelli from Cabaret. With this ocean ripple or glass effect she really looks like a star of Fritz Lang. I like your experimental approach of your extreme starts. Very unique!

I agree with Marcie's commentary. When I saw this picture my first thought was 'Metropolis'. Definitaly a beauty of the silent movie era but with a modern gothic twist. The contrast of lights and shadows works wonders in this composition. The mind's eye as no difficulty perceiving the hidden shadow parts.
