| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Here are the 5 couples I made reference to in PROM I & II. My younger son, Steve (17), is in the top-hat with his date Sarah. The photo was taken in Sarah's yard. This group all went out for Chinese food together prior to their Prom dance. At Steve's high school, you must be either a junior (11th grade) or senior (12th grade) to go to Prom, however, an underclassman can go only if they are invited by a junior or senior. Or as an in the case of my older son Phil, if you have already graduated, you can go if invited by a junior or senior provided you are under 21 years old. This must be preapproved by the high school administration of course. Being 20, Phil was permitted to go. Phil isn't pictured here. I was unable to get pictures of Phil and his date since they were meeting up at the same time in a different location.
God's best,
Tim |

Great shot here of all these young friends off on their special date. What happy youngsters they look. And I enjoy looking at the dress styles and hairdos. I also notice some of the men have ties the same colour at their partners' gowns. I like it.
And Phil is still only 20 and he was in Iraq when he was 19-20. I never realised that they soldiers were that young when sent over there.
Thanks Tim for sharing part of your family life. Janice
It's lovely to see them all in their nice prom clothes. Nice shot, but perhaps a little oversharpened Tim. Your son looks very handsome in his top hat.
