I took this picture last summer. It is the picture I entered in a photography contest for the State Fair of Texas. I won a 3rd place ribbon for the entry.

interesting, Amy and congrats, personally, I am not overfond of 'effects', but the comp and just 'seeing' this, is enough. It shows your creativity and versatility, thanx, M, (*_*)

The electric feel of this and the subject are a great combination. The composition and POV are well done. Great idea and deserving of the award!
