I took this photo of my little snowbunny Malia on the slopes of Mount Hood, Oregon. This was only her second time snowboarding with my sister Julie, and she did great. I however have decided I'll never be as cool as my sister, lacking a certain quality that allows one to fall billions of times, and hurt for days afterwards.
Malia however didn't want the day to end, and although she was very sore for days, still wants to go again. She even rode the ski lift by herself, getting tired of waiting for a grown-up person to go with her.
I wasn't sure this photo with the flash would turn out, and her cool Dakine mittens stand out a bit too much, I liked the flash photo better than the ones taken without. It was an overcast day.

What a fun day Malia must have had Lori, and I bet she would love to go again. Excellent photo showing a very happy little girl on the snowboard. A good photo all over I think and tell her that I love her cool Dakine mittens.
Great job, thank you
