[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I shot this on a lovely autumn afternoon at the Reflection Pool in D.C. There was another duck in the background but i managed to get rid of it using the patch tool in photoshop. I palyed around with the hue/saturation, sharpened the photo, added noise and finally framed it. (first time trying it, thanks Pedro)
Hope you like it, enjoy!

Hi Aj,

Nice work, you missed the reflections, which would have strengthen the composition.

Hello A-J.
a very beautiful prerecording of these ducks. Especially the B/W impact make this prerecording very beautiful.
Goodluck.

i like the effect of this photo, just enough graininess to give it an "old photo" look, and still stay kinda sharp...great job thanks for sharing

Hi AJ,

Well done! I like the duo tone like look. And with the noise it gives it an aged picture effect.

The only thing I would do is give it a bit more "punch" by stretching the lighter tones. If you look at the histogram you will see you are missing all the white tones. With levels just move the white slider inwards a bit.

TFS,
Pedro
