Wow! Our price are now $2.77 per gallon and just a few weeks ago it was on $2.21 and I was complaining...lol! I guess this means only short road trips this summer. Great colors, contrasts and POV. TFS,

Pranab,
I'm laughing my head off when I see you guys complain about gas prices...
When I filled up yesterday the price was NOK 11.39 per litre!
Converted to US$ that is 7.87 per gallon.
Have a continued fine day.

Hi Pranab,
I agree with Pablo. I have lived in the US for 3 years and heard to people complain about the gass prices getting realy high. I was still laughing, because it was so cheap compared with what I was used to back home. If I convert the price we pay in Holland, it would be USD6.68 a gallon.

Hi, Pranab!
A nice photo. It will be a part of the gasoline/fuel history of Earth. In my country the price is the same, but in Euro. I think that by the end of the year it may double. Of course, we have the green numbers to rely on;)

Dear Pranab, nice photo. As always, great picture quality and details...and an interesting discussion.

I do appreciate that in the US you guys have been used to relatvely low gas prices forever. I know because i visit every now and then and I've always marvelled at the price of the gas. When driving there, usually I fill the tank until it is literally overflowing...because the prices seem unreal to me..!! :- :-) )

So like Pablo i laugh too..! Here in the UK prices have always been on the very high side (compared with many countries-especially the US). For instance, presently the same quantity of gas (equivalent to 1 USgal is sold here for almost £5 !! (ie around US$8.9).:-)

So if it makes you feel better..smile my brother.. :-) you are not alone..! :-) Do have a great day

Hi Pranab,

The prices here will possibly be $1.50 per litre before the weekend. With 4.54 litres to the US gallon you can see that we are not far behind the prices Pablo mentioned.
Good photo to remind us of the dependency we have on petroleum products. TFS,
