| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Taken from one of the hiking paths around Ghost Ranch, O'Keefe's summer painting estate. There were periodic signs showing places along the trail where O'Keefe painted a few of her pictures, all of which revealed amazing vistas like this. The ranch was slightly to the right, and O'Keefe's mountain, the Pedernal, was directly behind.
I used a high aperature, but unfortunately a lot of the detail (and saturation, actually) was lost shrinking this for treklens. Alas! |
