Nice night shot Michael. the blur and framing of the fountain in the empty surroundings gives a quiet, calming effect, TFS, jing.
I think if you had used a little bit longer of a shutter speed This would loook ever better,
the blurring effect is almost there but the bottem part of the fountain could look really cool if you slowed the shutter
